Futura has signed distributions agreements with global leading distributors for two of its leading products under development and is in exclusive discussions on a third of its products.
Its strategy is to license the products during their development to established distributors who offer the best potential commercial opportunities.
Our focus remains on drugs and devices that use established actives and that can be sold over the counter.
Although we initiate and develop our product range internally, we are very interested to hear from organisations with product concepts or technologies related to Futura's area of focus.
Such opportunities should address issues relating to defensible intellectual property, commercial justification of development costs, development risk (time and cost), relationship to our existing products and expertise, and potential market demand.
