Holdings in Company
Futura Medical plc (the Company) received notification on 13 August 2007 that, as of close of business on 9 August 2007, Allianz Cornhill Insurance PLC now has a notifiable interest in the Company of 4,028,835 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each, which represents approximately 7.28 per cent of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
As of 9 August 2007, the Company’s issued share capital was 55,353,601 Ordinary Shares.
