Holdings in Company
Futura Medical plc (the Company) received notification yesterday that, on 12 January 2007, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe now has a holding in the Company of 1,723,799 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each, which represents approximately 3.11 percent of the Company’s current issued share capital.
