Futura Medical plc (the Company) received notification yesterday, on 16 March 2007, Cantor Fitzgerald Europe has decreased their holding in the Company to 1,562,299 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each, which represents approximately 2.82 percent of the Company’s current issued share capital.
