We are developing a portfolio of products in sexual healthcare and pain relief management and are evaluating further therapeutic opportunities as potential additions to the growing pipeline. We have currently five main products in development for sexual healthcare and pain relief management. These are CSD500, MED2002, PET500, TPR100 and RAD100.
SSL International plc (“SSL”) has global distribution rights for our condom product CSD500. In November 2008, CSD500 received a positive regulatory opinion relating to the pharmaceutical aspects of the dossier from the EU Competent Authority. The positive opinion marks a pivotal step towards EU marketing authorisation for CSD500.
SSL has also signed a global development and licensing agreement for MED2002, our erectile dysfunction gel.
Commercial negotiations are continuing on a non-exclusive basis with GlaxoSmithKline for the distribution rights for TPR100, our topical pain relief product.
We are actively working on the next generation of product opportunities, as well as evaluating the use of our proprietary delivery system DermaSys® in a range of other compounds.
